Dr Etanislas NGODI is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Human Sciences of Marien Ngouabi University. He is Director of the Association Avenir NEPAD Congo since 2004 and a specialist in governance and rights issues and human and local development, he was a consultant in several institutions of the system of nations.
