The Afrobarometer National Partner in São Tomé and Príncipe, Afrosondagem, interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 1,200 adult São Tomeans between June 29 to July 22, 2018. A sample of this size yields results with a margin of error of +/-3 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in São Tomé and Príncipe in 2014. CDD Ghana provided technical backstopping for the survey.
