Dominique Dryding
Biography
Dominique Dryding is the Capacity Building Manager for the Basics Track at Afrobarometer. In this role, she leads initiatives designed to strengthen the ability of diverse stakeholders (including students, researchers, civil society actors, and public officials) to understand, analyse, and use Afrobarometer data effectively.
Her work focuses on translating public-opinion data into accessible learning experiences that promote evidence based policymaking and citizen centred governance. Dominique oversees training programmes, develops teaching resources, and supports partnerships with universities, parliamentary institutions, and regional organisations across the continent.
She is particularly interested in how data can be used not only to inform policy, but to cultivate critical thinking, ethical leadership, and long-term engagement with citizen voices in decision-making.
