Alfred Kwadzo Torsu is the Data Analytics Lead at Afrobarometer, focusing on using data to guide and shape effective policies. He has a master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from Michigan State University and is a fellow of both the MSU Cloud Computing Fellowship and the Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI).
