Lucas Katera is the national investigator for Tanzania.
Biography
Dr Katera is the principal researcher for REPOA. He has written and published in areas of local government finance, service delivery and governance. He was a team leader of researchers working on the World Bank Service Delivery Indicators survey, conducted in 7 countries. He was also a team member of the Tanzania as a Future Petrostate project, jointly project with CMI of Norway, in which he led a team on the Governance component. He is a National Investigator for the Afrobarometer Survey and has been in this position for many rounds
