COEF Ressources is the national partner in Madagascar.
COEF-Ressources is a research firm specialising in project evaluation and management, socio-economic and anthropological studies, and opinion polls/surveys. The firm also works in human resources management, training and public policy evaluation.
It was created in 2000 by its director (founding member) Désiré Razafindrazaka, with the objective of contributing to the development of Madagascar through a multisectoral and multidisciplinary approach. The firm brings together consultants specialised in various fields, in social sciences, humanities, politics and the environment.
COEF-Ressources is the national partner of Afrobarometer in Madagascar since 2005. COEF-Ressources is in charge of the implementation of the survey and the dissemination of the results. It carries out all the steps related to data collection, analysis of results, and dissemination to civil society, international institutions and organisations, the press, the administration, the state, and all stakeholders.
