The Afrobarometer team interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 1,200 adult Zambians from 8 to 25 April 2017. A sample of this size yields country-level results with a margin of error of +/-3% at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in Zambia in 1999, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2013, and 2014.
