The Afrobarometer National Partner in Kenya, the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Nairobi, interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 2,400 adult Kenyans between 12 November and 30 November 2021. A sample of this size yields country-level results with a margin of error of +/-2 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in Kenya in 2003, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2016, and 2019. The Institute for Development Studies (IDS) also hosts the Core Partner, which provided technical backstopping for the survey.
