Mbuso Dlamini

Biography

Mbuso Dlamini is the Managing Director at QA Strategic Information. A scientist & brewer by profession, Mbuso has a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA) and a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD) in the United Kingdom. He got his start in a microbiology lab before working his way up to brewing team leader and finally, head of department where he developed and led high performance teams.

His achievements include numerous company and international quality awards from his time in manufacturing. At QA Strategic Information, he has been instrumental in maintaining client confidence in the research agency and leading the business into an exciting & prospect-filled future. A firm believer in systems (such ISO) and procedures, one of Mbuso’s key focus areas is to standardize the day-to-day routines in the organization and to lead the development of the “QA Strategic Information way” of doing business. His mantra of “investing in our business by investing in our people” underscores his belief in the development of human capital as a key competitive advantage in business. He brings with him a wealth of experience in leading & managing teams, systems implementation, quality assurance and cost management.

Mbuso has accumulated considerable experience in field and data management having served as field and data manager for a number of private and grant-funded surveys (including round 7 & 8 of the Afrobarometer survey in Eswatini)
