Biography

Frank is the Eastern Africa Markets Leader at Ernst & Young (EY) where he leads Strategy, M&A and Business Development across Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. He is the Managing Partner for EY-Parthenon in Eastern Africa (the firm’s dedicated global strategy consultancy with more than 7,000 strategy professionals globally); the EY Global Client Service Partner for several multinational clients in Africa and  represents EY on various regional forums, industry and professional associations. He has 21+ years of professional experience (including 15yrs in London, UK) in investment banking and management consulting extending to UK, Africa, US, Europe and Russia. He advises Boards, Trustees, Investors, Shareholders,  CEOs and Government Executives on strategy, governance, finance and transformation. He has Executive Management qualification on Strategy from MIT (US), is a CPA and holds a Law degree.
