Biography

Frank Mwiti a global business leader with 25+ years of professional experience guiding boards, trustees, investors, shareholders, CEOs, and government executives on high stakes decisions and large scale change across Africa, UK, US, Europe, Middle East and Russia.

He is the CEO of Nairobi Securities Plc, one the largest stock exchange groups in Africa. He sits on various global and regional boards and   previously served as Senior Partner & Eastern Africa markets leader at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development across Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, Somalia and South Sudan.

He served as the Managing Partner for EY-Parthenon in Eastern Africa (the firm’s dedicated global strategy consultancy with more than 7,000 strategy professionals globally) and as the EY global client service partner for several multinational clients in Africa, and represented EY on various regional forums and industry associations.

Prior to EY, he previously held senior executive roles in London (UK) at UBS Investment Bank,Deutsche Bank, Afrika Kapital, EY & PwC.

Frank holds executive credentials in strategy & AI from MIT (U.S.), is a CPA, and holds a law degree.
