Biography

Frank Mwiti is the eastern Africa markets leader at Ernst & Young (EY), where he leads strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development across Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and South Sudan. He is the managing partner for EY-Parthenon in eastern Africa (the firm’s dedicated global strategy consultancy with more than 7,000 strategy professionals globally) and the EY global client service partner for several multinational clients in Africa, and represents EY on various regional forums and industry and professional associations. He has 23+ years of professional experience (including 15 years in London) in investment banking and management consulting extending to the UK, Africa, the United States, Europe, and Russia. He advises boards, trustees, investors, shareholders, CEOs, and government executives on strategy, governance, finance, growth, and transformation. He has an executive management qualification in strategy from MIT (U.S.), is a CPA, and holds a law degree.
