Biography

Eric Otu Beecham is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer at Afrobarometer, where he supports the MEL program’s development, implementation, maintenance, and innovation.

His work includes updating and managing MEL reporting tools, tracking policy visibility, assessing National Partner performance, and contributing to donor reporting. He holds a first-class degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MPhil from the University of Ghana.

A beneficiary of the Afrobarometer English Language Summer School at the University of Pretoria and the Intermediate Workshop at the University of Cape Town, his long-term goal is to enhance MEL frameworks to improve governance and development outcomes across Africa.
