Biography

Elkanah Taylor is currently the Program Coordinator at the Center for Democratic Governance (CDG) in Liberia. He has worked in the field of data management for more than 5 years and served as one of the Field Supervisors during the conduct of the Round 8 Afrobarometer survey in Liberia. He serves as the ICT Officer on the Elections Coordinating Committee-ECC, a civil society platform on which the CDG is the Chair of a 7-member organization committee.

Elkanah has participated in conducting several research activities on several projects, including the GIS-supported Youth Engagement on Road Research activities across Liberia; and the PSI and Africare Radio Trive program that surveyed the perception of people who listened to PSI’s and AFRICARE’s projects implemented on Radio Thrive Media Program regarding maternal mortality and gender based violence.

Elkanah is a graduate of the Stella Maris Polytechnic University (SMPU) in Liberia with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics Engineering.
