The Afrobarometer national partner in Sierra Leone, Institute for Governance Reform, interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 1,200 adult citizens in March-April 2025. A sample of this size yields country-level results with a margin of error of +/-3 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in Sierra Leone in 2012, 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2022. CDD-Ghana provided technical backstopping for the survey.
