Malawi Round 8 summary of results

The Afrobarometer National Partner in Malawi, Centre for Social Research, interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 1,200 adult Malawians from 17th November to 4th December, 2019. A sample of this size yields country-level results with a margin of error of +/-3% at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in Malawi in 1999, 2003, 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2017. The Institute for Development Studies of the University of Nairobi provided technical backstopping for the survey. T
