The Afrobarometer National Partner in The Gambia, the Center for Research and Policy Development, interviewed a nationally representative, random, stratified probability sample of 1,200 adult citizens in April-May 2024. A sample of this size yields country-level results with a margin of error of +/-3 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. Previous surveys have been conducted in The Gambia in 2018, 2021, and 2022. CDD-Ghana provided technical backstopping for the survey.
