Rita Sraha

Biography

Rita Sraha is a Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant with extensive expertise in finance, corporate governance, and strategic management. She currently serves as the Acting Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Ghana Post Company Limited.

Sraha built a distinguished career at Kwame Asante & Associates (KAA), a leading professional services firm in Ghana, where she spent about three decades in progressively senior roles. Her positions included Partner and Head of the Business Consulting Division, Senior Manager, Quality Review Partner for audit clients, and Audit Assistant. She also brings international experience from her time as Coach/Manager at Arthur Andersen (1998–2003), during which she joined fellow managers in delivering Business Immersion Schools in Spain, the Netherlands, and the United States.

Her professional portfolio spans advisory and audit services across key sectors of Ghana’s economy, including finance, automotive, real estate, timber, utilities, services, manufacturing, and energy. She has also worked closely with public sector and regulatory institutions such as the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, the National Petroleum Authority, and the Ministry of Energy.
