The Population Institute (PI) is an international non-profit (registered 501(c)(3) organization) that seeks to promote universal sexual and reproductive health and rights. Through advancing reproductive freedom, we strive to achieve a world population in balance with a healthy global environment and resource base. PI was established in 1969 and is located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
